Simple annual pricing for Jakten Risk, Jakten Assurance and Jakten Quote — $500 per seat per year, list, for each. Jakten Platform is included with every subscription at no additional charge. Jakten AI is a monthly subscription beside the seats.

Jakten AI
A monthly AI subscription for your whole company, beside its module seats. It needs a seat in any Jakten module.
- In every module — Ask Jakten answers how-to questions from Jakten's published documentation, and each answer links to the pages it drew on.
- Jakten Quote — reads bids, scanned ones included; maps bid lines to your WBS; proposes leveling adjustments; analyzes qualifications; drafts the award narrative and clarification, RFI and BAFO letters; and answers questions about a package's bids. Every suggestion waits for a person to accept it.
- Jakten Risk and Jakten Assurance — Ask Jakten.
AI is measured in credits. Each tier grants credits every month and limits how many can be used in one day. The credits are your company's, shared by everyone who uses AI. Personal tiers are sized for one person working alone, business tiers for teams.

Top-ups

A question costs more when it follows a pause, because the documents it draws on are sent again.
Buying Jakten AI
- A company administrator buys it in Jakten Platform, under Administration → Licensing → Subscription and billing, and pays in Stripe.
- Billed monthly. An upgrade applies once it is paid; a downgrade or cancellation at the next monthly renewal.
- AI stays off until a company administrator accepts the Jakten AI Data Processing Terms.
How seats work
Buy the named-user seats you need first. Choose the customer-hosted deployment path during setup.
- Seat — one named person licensed to use a Jakten module (and Platform).
- Per module — Jakten Risk, Jakten Assurance and Jakten Quote are separate named-user seats; someone who uses more than one holds a seat in each. Jakten Platform is included with every subscription.
- Machine — one Windows PC running the software.
- Five seats for five coworkers typically means an office deployment with one shared server — not five isolated company silos. You select that path during setup after purchase.
